Privacy policy

GLARE FILMS INC ("we", "us") operates www.glarefilms.co. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

When you use our contact form we receive the details you enter — your name, email, phone number, company, project details, budget and timeline — together with your IP address for spam prevention. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-free service that counts page views without identifying you.

How we use it

We use your information only to reply to your inquiry, prepare quotes and run your project. We never sell or rent personal information.

Service providers

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare, which also delivers form messages to our inbox and provides the Turnstile spam check. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Retention & your rights

We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and for ordinary business records. California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal information by emailing hello@glarefilms.co.
